Returns for credit

Customer satisfaction is important to us, therefore any product may be returned with authorization within 30 days from the shipment date for a full credit of the purchase price. Patton is not responsible for equipment returned without a Return Authorization.

Return for credit policy

Less than 30 days: No Charge. Your credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the equipment.

30 to 60 days: We will add a 20% restocking charge (crediting your account with 80% of the purchase price).

Over 60 days: Products will be accepted for repairs only.
