Description of each menu

•The default values listed in this manual, especially on pages 43-48, are for reference only. They may vary between the projectors due to the continuous improvement to the products.

1. PICTURE: Basic menu

FUNCTION	DESCRIPTION
Picture Mode	Pre-defined picture modes are provided so you can optimize your
	projector image set-up to suit your program type. See "Selecting a
	picture mode" on page 31 for details.
Reference	Selects a picture mode that best suits your need for the image quality
	and further fine-tune the image based on the selections listed on the
Mode	same page below. See "Setting the User 1/User 2/User 3 mode" on page
	31 for details.
Brightness	Adjusts the brightness of the image. See "Adjusting Brightness" on
	page 32 for details.
Contrast	Adjusts the degree of difference between dark and light in the image.
	See"Adjusting Contrast" on page 32 for details.
	Adjusts the color saturation level -- the amount of each color in a
Color	video image. See "Adjusting Color" on page 32 for details.
	This function is only available when Video or S-Video with NTSC
	system is selected.
	Adjusts the red and green color tones of the image. See "Adjusting
Tint	Tint" on page 32 for details.
	This function is only available when Video or S-Video with NTSC
	system is selected.
	Adjusts the image to make it look sharper or softer. See "Adjusting
Sharpness	Sharpness" on page 32 for details.
	This function is only available when Video or S-Video with NTSC
	system is selected.
Flesh Tone	See "Adjusting Flesh Tone" on page 32 for details.
Save Setting	Saves the settings made for User 1 or User 2 or User 3 mode.
Reset Picture	Resets the picture settings for User 1 or User 2 or User 3 mode.
