POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

Split image or partial image

Image alignment needed; use up-down and left-right arrow keys.

Incompatible video signal from computer.

Reset the Firefly™ to factory default settings.

Power button not illuminated on keypanel

Firefly™ not connected to AC wall outlet.

Defective AC wall outlet.

No audio from built-in speakers

No audio source connected.

Firefly™ not turned on.

Firefly™ not connected to AC wall outlet.

AC wall outlet defective.

Audio source turned off.

Audio source not connected with appropriate video input.

Audio source and audio output cables are reversed.

Volume control is set too low.

External amplified speaker system connected to the AUDIO OUT jack.

Visible bright spots

An inactive pixel may appear as a bright spot on the screen, however, it will not affect picture quality or the life expectancy of the P350. (The Firefly™ P350 may contain a maximum of 50 inactive pixels.)

Image contains one or more vertical bars

Use the Menu Mode On-Screen Controls to adjust the WIDTH. (After eliminating the vertical bars, use SYNC to sharpen the image.)

NOTE: When adjusting the WIDTH, if the left arrow adjustment causes the number of bars to increase, use the right arrow adjustment to eliminate the bars. If the right arrow adjustment causes the number of bars to increase, use the left arrow adjustment to eliminate the bars.
