Configuring Advanced Wireless Settings

This Wireless Profile – Advanced screen enables you to turn on and off your wireless network and adjust wireless parameters. Generally, the settings here should remain at their default values.

To access screen, click Wireless Profile 1 or 2 > Advanced.

Field

Description

Radio Interface

Allows you to turn on and off the wireless

 

feature. The default is enabled.

MAC Address

Displays the MAC address of the unit.

Country Code

Displays the country code.

Channel

Identifies the channel on which the Wireless

Number

Ethernet Bridge communicates.

 

This selection is only available in Ad-Hoc mode.

 

In Infrastructure mode, the channel is

 

automatically selected based on the connecting

 

wireless network’s channel.

 

Select the channel number on which the device

 

will broadcast for Ad-Hoc mode.

Apply

Click to save your settings.

Cancel

Click to cancel any changes.
