Installing and Removing DIMMs
1 | Position the DIMM |
module's bottom key, | |
| so it aligns with the |
receptive point on the slot.
2 | Push the Lock/Release |
tabs to their Release po- | |
sitions. Make sure that |
the DIMM module's side notches align with the slot's Lock/ Release tabs as it is pressed in.

Insert the DIMM mod- ule vertically and press down until the module snaps into place.

the DIMM module, locking it into place.

Use your thumbs to | ||
gently push the Lock/ | ||
| Release tabs near both |
ends of the module. This should release it from the slot. Pull the DIMM module upwards.
