7.3.1 Recording MultiFRAD Information

Please fill in the following information on your Multi-Tech MultiFRAD. This will help Tech Support in answering your questions. (The same information is requested on the Warranty Registration Card.)

The model and serial numbers are on the bottom of your MultiFRAD. The Diagnostics menu displays the PROM firmware version number.

Before calling Tech Support, please note in the space below if your MultiFRAD is connected to a synchronous or asynchronous device on the data port. Also note status information about your MultiFRAD, including LED indicators, screen messages, diagnostic test results, or problems with a specific application, etc.
