If a problem persists even after applying the suggested remedies, contact an EIZO dealer.

			Problems		Points to check with possible solutions
1. No picture				Check that the power cord is correctly connected.
•	Indicator status: Off			If the problem persists, turn off the monitor power for a
				few minutes, then turn it back on and try again.
•	Indicator status: Green			Check the “Contrast and Brightness” settings.
•	Indicator status: Yellow			Minimum settings will cause screen to be blank.
				Try pressing a key on the keyboard, or clicking the mouse.
•	Indicator status:			(p.26)
				Try pressing the power switch.
	Slowly flashing Yellow
2. Following messages				These messages appear when the signal is not inputted
