To run diagnostic tests:
1If OSCAR is not open, press <Print Screen>. The Main dialog box will appear.
2Click Commands - Run Diagnostics. A warning message appears indicating that all users will be disconnected.
3Click OK to begin diagnostics.
Click X or press <Escape> to exit the dialog box without running a diagnostic test.
4All users are disconnected and the diagnostics screen displays.
5As each test is finished, a pass or fail symbol appears. The test is complete when the last test's symbol displays.
6(Optional) If you have any Offline SIP, you can click the Clear button to remove them from the list.
7(Optional) If you have any Suspect SIP, you can click the Display button. The Suspect SIPs dialog box appears.
