3.Place the jumper block on the interface card to select the desired base I/O address as shown in Figure B-1 . A jumper block is a removable plastic hood that fits over a pair of pins.

4.Run CDSETUP or the installation program to update the setting in your CONFIG.SYS file’s SBIDE.SYS statement. For more information on CDSETUP, refer to the section “Running CDSETUP” in Chapter 4.

5.Reboot the system for changes to take effect.
