•Computer operating system (Windows 95/98/NT/2000/CE)

•Version of the operating system (e.g. NT 4, Windows 95 Version B, CE 2.1, etc.)

•Information regarding the modem (most can found on the diagnostic menu)

•Geographic location of use

•Extended Error Result Codes
