!Select the My computer icon on the Windows desktop.

!Right-click and choose Properties.

!Click on the Device manager button.

The following screen appears.

!Select Modem SAGEM USB.

!Right-click and choose Uninstall in the drop-down menu.

!Unplug the modem power supply connector, then restart the installation procedure.
