Security menu
The Security menu allows you to set password in order to safeguard your system against unauthorized use.
The first time you enter this menu, the Supervisor Password and User Password fields will display “Not Installed”. You may select Change Supervisor Password and Change User Password to set the passwords.

Change Supervisor | The Supervisor Password controls access to the whole |
Password | BIOS setup menu. Sets or changes the password up to |
| six characters, then press <Enter>. When asked to |
| confirm the password, type the password again and |
| press <Enter> to save the changes. |
| When the Supervisor Password is installed, you may |
| select the User Access Level option to further define |
| the security level of users. |

Change User Password | The User Password controls access to some of the |
| BIOS setup options. Sets or changes the password up to |
| six characters, then press <Enter>. When asked to |
| confirm the password, type the password again and |
| press <Enter> to save the changes. |

Clear User Password | Cancels the installed User Password. |
