Removing a 3.5-inch Hard Drive

NOTE: Mixing SATA and SAS hard drives on the 2.5 and 3.5-inch hard drive board is not supported.

1Remove the sled from the system. See "Sled Configuration" on page 61.

2Remove the hard drive bracket screws from underneath the sled.
