1.4 Connection to a Computer

An interface cable is necessary for connecting the printer to a computer. To connect them, proceed as follows:

1Turn off both power switches of the printer and the computer.

2Connect the connector of one end of the interface cable to the interface connector at the lower side of the printer and secure it with screws.

3Connect the connector of the other end of the interface cable to the interface connector on the computer and secure it with screws.
