A: The area near the paper perforations (2) where the print quality may not be optimum.

B: The minimum distance between the sprock- ets and first printable character (1), when the left tractor is set on the left end and the margin is set to 0.

C: The area from the top edge of the paper to the top of the first printed character.

D: The area from the bottom edge of the paper where the print quality may not be optimum.

B: The minimum distance between the edge of the paper and first printable character (1), when the left paper guide is set to the 0 position and the margin is set to 0.

C: The area from the top edge of the paper to the top of the first printed character.

D: The position where paper out is detected and printing may not be optimum. (When printing on envelopes, do not print on area where edges overlap. Print quality may not be optimum.)
