Flushcleaningsolutionthroughtheheads: Firstflushthe4rightheads(Lc,Lm,W1,W2)an dclosethem, andinthesecondstage,flushtheremaining4lef theads(K,C,M,Y). Finally,openthe4rightheadsagain,andflusha ll8headstogethernow. Bydoingso,you’llhavethemostoptimalcleaningpre ssure.
Leaveallinkvalvesinthe“ | S”position,settheSolutionvalveto“ | I”. |
OntheEngine’sControlPanel,performa“HeadLi ftUp”;
Thecarriagewillgotothehighestposition.
CleantheHeadBasePlatewithacloth
SettheVacuumPressureto“0”.(NegativePressur e)
Mountthe“CappingPlate”underneaththeHeadBas ePlate.
useaplasticfoiltowraparoundthecapp ingplate(newfoileverytime)
placeasupportbetweenthecappingplateandt hegrid. bringdownthecarriagebyturningmanually,u ntilit’sfixed. (usesomepackingmaterialassupport)
Pushtheemergencystop,andleaveitpushedin!(r estartsafety)
Shutdowntheengine’sPC.
