The Lightning system can be controlled remotely via GPI, RS-422 automa- tion or OLE commands.

Note that each channel has one input which is 4:2:2:4—video plus key (4:2:2 on the video input connector; 4:0:0 on the key input connector).

The Lightning system runs in the Windows™ NT environment. This guide assumes that you are comfortable with standard Windows-based proce- dures, such as using Dialog Boxes. These procedures will not be discussed in this guide. If you are not familiar with Windows NT, refer to your Windows NT User’s Guide or to one of the many third-party books on the subject.
