o Rotate the knob on the ribbon cassette clockwise to take up any slack in the ribbon.

o Carefully place the cassette onto the mechanism making sure that the spindle fits into the socket on the bottom of the cassette. Also

make sure that the side tabs fit into the grooves on the sides of the flame.
