32 Using the EDS Mode

Note the following check points when trying to figure out which setting to use here: 3 If you find that your ou tput is double-spaced when it should not be, turn

this switch ON (Disabled).

3 If you find that lines are printing over each other, turn this switch OFF (Enabled).

Switch 6: Quiet mode

When the Quiet Mode is enabled (OFF), the printer prints with less noi se than normal printing. Though the Quiet Mode prints more quietly, it also takes considerably longer than normal printing.
