32 Using the EDS Mode
Note the following check points when trying to figure out which setting to use here: 3 If you find that your ou tput is

Switch 6: Quiet mode
When the Quiet Mode is enabled (OFF), the printer prints with less noi se than normal printing. Though the Quiet Mode prints more quietly, it also takes considerably longer than normal printing.
