Notice to Users of Radios and Television

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interfer- ence in a residential installation. Shielded interconnect cables must be employed with this equipment to ensure compli- ance with the pertinent RF emission limits governing this device.

Notice to Users of the US Telephone Network

This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules, and the requirements adopted by ACTA. On the bottom of this equipment is a label that contains, among other infor- mation, the FCC registration number and ringer equivalence number (REN) for this equipment; or a product identifier in the format US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. If requested, this information or number must be provided to the telephone company.

This equipment is designed to be connected to the telephone network or premises wiring using a standard jack type USOC RJ11C. A plug and jack used to connect this equipment to the premises wiring and telephone network must comply with the appli- cable FCC Part 68 rules and requirements adopted by the ACTA. A compliant tele- phone cord and modular plug is provided with this product. It is designed to be connected to a compatible modular jack that is also compliant.

The ringer equivalent number (REN) of this equipment is 0.0B. The REN is used to determine the number of devices that may be connected to a telephone line. Excessive RENs on a telephone may result in the devices not ringing in response to an incoming
