3.Display the Person tab and enter search text in the following fields that you require.

Name — Enter the search characters or string to search by the contact name.

Fax Number — Enter the search characters or string to search by the contact fax number.

E-Mail— Enter the search characters or string to search by the contact e-mail address.

NOTE: You must enter data into one of the fields to search contacts. It will search the con- tacts that contain the entered search strings.

SUPPLEMENT: If you want to clear entered values, click [Clear All].

4.Click [Search].

It begins searching contacts in the LDAP server. When it completes searching, found contacts appears in the list at the bottom of the dia- log box.

SUPPLEMENT: If you want to stop searching, click [Stop].

5.Select contacts that you want to add to the LDAP Address Book, and click [Add].
