Installing Pre-Saved Configuration Files

The same wizard can be used to install previously saved configuration settings (Setup Records) into the MES1A/B. This can be useful if you want to configure multiple MES1A/Bs with the same settings, or if you must replace an MES1A/B and want to load identical settings into the new unit.

To use the Upgrade Wizard to install configuration setting in an MES1A/B you must first save the settings in the form of a Setup Record.

Saving Setup Records

To save the Setup Records for a particular device (MES1A/B)

55.Select the device in the Device List.

56.On the File menu, select Save Setup Records. The Save Setup Records dialog box appears.
