Channel Banks Setup

Use the Channel Banks to control the channels available to the end user.

Each channel bank is capable of storing up to 140 broadcast digital plus 125 analog channels.

Note: The prudent installer should delete all un-necessary channels such as channels that have audio only or do not carry viewing material suitable for the end user.

Adding / Deleting Channels

It is best to do ADD / DEL customizing before doing “BLNK.” Auto Program (the channel search) enters the same channel numbers in Banks 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Auto Program removes any channels previously customized with ADD / DEL / BLNK. The channels found in the channel search on your antenna / cable will be included, and any channels previously found but not currently available will not be included.

ADD and DEL (not BLNK) can be used independently for channel banks 1, 2, 3, and 4. (If a channel is not found in the channel search, it cannot be added).

Notes: A channel blanked, is blanked in all channel banks. Channels can only be ‘added’ if those channels were originally found in the channel search.

Channel allocations in tuning bands:

Broadcast and Broadcast Digital: 2 - 69

CABLE - CATV, HRC or ICC: 1 - 125
