Setting the on timer

This feature allows you to have the TV automatically turn on at a predetermined time. If you program the ON TIMER to “DAILY”, the TV will turn on everyday at the same time to the same channel.

EXAMPLE: Turning on the TV to channel 12 at 7:30 AM, daily.

Preparation:

Set the clock, if you have not already done so (see page 27).

1 Press MENU. Press		or
to select	(OPTION)
menu. Press	or	to	O P T I O N
			ON / OFF TIMER	ON /	OFF	/ SET
select “ON/OFF TIMER”.			CH LABEL
			:SELECT	:ADJUST

2 Press or to select “SET”, then press ENTER. The ON/OFF TIMER menu appears.

• The TV will automatically turn off

approximately 1 hour later after the

ON TIMER turns on if no OFF TIMER

has been set. To continue watching

the TV, press any button to cancel

3 Press or to select “ON TIMER”, then press to enter the setting for the ON TIMER.

4 Press or to set the desired hour, then press . Please note if the hour is AM or PM, and choose desired setting.

5 Set the desired minutes and start up channel, as in step 4.
