CAB (Cable Box) Controls

Control	Function
MENU	Use to view your cable box’s main menu.
GUIDE	Use to view the program guide.
A/B	Use to switch between A and B chan-
	nels.
EXIT	Use to exit display or menu.
INFO	Use to display graphical user interface or
	other information.
FAV	Use with Favorite Channel Scan (see
	“Programming Favorite Channel Scan”
	on Page 26).
SELECT	Use to select menu and remote control
	programming options.
Arrows	Use up/down/left/right cursor arrows to
	move through menu and programming
	options.
PG +/–	Page up or down through menu or guide
	pages.
FF, REW, PLAY,	Use to control VOD (video on demand).
STOP, PAUSE,
and REC
LAST	Use to display the last-viewed channel.
Number Keypad	Use 0–9to enter channel numbers.
ENTER	Use to enter channel numbers on some
	cable box models.
MODE SHIFT	Use to select a different mode.
Mode Keys	Use TV, VCR/DVD, CAB/SAT, RECVR,
	AUX 1, AUX 2, AUX 3, and AUX 4 to
	select devices. Use THEATER to select
	Home Theater mode. Use SET 1, SET 2,
	and SET 3 to run programmed macros in
	Home Theater mode.

BAND	Use to select CD track.
MENU	Use to view your CD’s main menu.
