Control Groups

The remote control keys you can combine for Home Theater mode are divided into the following four control groups:

Menu Controls MENU, SELECT, up/down/left/right ar-

rows, EXIT, GUIDE, PG +, PG –

Audio Controls VOL+, VOL– ,MUTE, and SURR

Channel Controls CH+, CH– , Number Keypad 0–9 ,LAST, INPUT, TV/VCR, INFO, +100, ENTER, DISC, EXT, and BAND

Playback Controls PLAY, STOP, FF, REW, PAUSE, REC, REPLAY, and LIVE

Note: POWER is inactive in the Home Theater mode.

Device Groups

The four control groups can be assigned to the following home theater devices:

Menu Controls — TV, VCR, CAB (Cable Box), SAT (Satellite Receiver), DVD, CD, RECVR (Tuner or Audio Receiver), Amp (Audio Amplifier), and VID (Video Ac- cessory)

Audio Controls —TV, VCR, CAB (Cable Box), CD, RECVR (Tuner or Audio Receiver), and AMP (Tuner or Audio Amplifier)

Channel Controls — TV, VCR, CAB (Cable Box), SAT (Satellite Receiver), RECVR (Audio Receiver), AMP (Au- dio Amplifier), and VID (Video Accessory)

Playback Controls — VCR, CAB (Cable Box), DVD, CD, and RECVR (Audio Receiver)

Setting Up Home Theater

1. Turn on all home entertainment devices.
