9.Channel search does not work.
•Check that your cable is connected correctly.
10.Cannot update new software.
•You can get an update. If the product does not show a message requesting update, that means no software is available.
11.Cannot watch pay channels.
•Check in the menu that you have a valid and working subscription to the channels you wish to view.
12.2 Error Message

The channel is scrambled or not available.
The audio is not available.
No access
No card inserted.
Incorrect card
Possible causes
The cable is not connected.
The cable may be damaged or defective.
The channel is not broadcasting.
The channel has signal, but no video.
The channel is deleted by broadcasting company.
The channel is for data broadcasting.
The channel has signal, but no Audio.
No subscription to this channel.
No authorization.
Smartcard is not plugged in.
Wrong Smartcard is plugged in.
Smartcard is not correctly plugged in.
What to do
Make sure the cable is connected properly. Exchange the cable.
Conrm if the channel is currently on air.
Press the AUDIO button to conrm if the channel has Audio.
Make sure you subscribe to the channel.
If the product has been turned o for a longer time (standby or power o ), please wait for authorization, up to 60 minutes.
Plug in Smartcard.
Plug in suitable Smartcard.
Pull out the Smartcard, and plug it in again. Replace the Smartcard.
