The tracks on DVD-Audio are divided into groups. How these

 

operations

groups are played differs with the disc so read the instructions that

 

came with the disc for further details.

The selected group and track begin to play.

³You can also select groups with the numbered buttons. Press [1] (play) to start playing the selected group.

³Selection may not be allowed in some situations.

Playing bonus groups

Some discs contain bonus groups. To enjoy these groups you may have to enter a password. Refer to the disc’s jacket.

1.While stopped press [GROUP].

2.Move the joystick [3, 4] to select the bonus group and press [ENTER].

3.Enter the 4-digit password with the numbered buttons and press [ENTER].

4.Move the joystick [3, 4] to select a track and press [ENTER] to start play.

³Some discs will show a menu screen for you to enter your pass- word. Follow the instructions on the screen.

³The bonus group can be played as many times as you like after the password has been entered until the disc is removed from the unit.

Note

If you enter the wrong password, start again from the beginning. You can erase a digit by pressing [CANCEL].

You can enjoy higher quality audio by stopping the video signal.

Press [AUDIO ONLY].

³The AUDIO ONLY indicator on the main unit lights.

³AUDIO ONLY is canceled if you press the button again or turn the unit off. The indicator goes out.

Note

Video signals are output while the disc is stopped and when opera- tions such as searching are performed. The television screen can appear unusual while video signals are not being output.
