Orion 21FVD manual To SET the OFF Timer

This feature allows you to have the TV turn “OFF” automatically at a predetermined time. Once you have programmed the OFF TIMER, the TV will be automatically turned off at the same time each day, until you cancel this setting.

TO SET THE OFF TIMER

Preparation

Press TV/VCR to select TV/VCR mode.

EXAMPLE:

Turning off the TV at 8:30.

1	Press MENU. Select the TV		TIMER REC SET
	SETUP mode using the ▲ or ▼		AUTO REPEAT			OFF
			CHANNEL SETUP
	button, then press ENTER.
			TV SETUP
			SYSTEM SETUP

			SELECT :
			ENTER	: ENTER
	Press ▲ or ▼ to select the ON/		EXIT￿￿	: MENU

3	Press ▲ or ▼ to set the OFF
		ON/OFF TIMER SET
	TIMER option, then press
			ON TIMER

EXIT : MENU

NOTES:

• If a station being viewed stops

broadcasting, the TV will automatically

shut itself off after 15 minutes.

• To cancel the OFF TIMER function:

To cancel OFF TIMER, follow above

steps 1-5, then press ▲ or ▼ to select

the CANCEL position. Press MENU

to return to the TV.

• To confirm the ON/OFF TIMER:

Press PROGRAM twice to

indicate the programmes on the

6 Press ▲ or ▼ to select the SET mode, then press ENTER. Press MENU 3 times to return to normal TV screen.
