CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Your Radio Shack 13-Inch Color TV/Monitor is an example of superior design and craftsmanship. The following suggestions will help you care for your TV/Monitor so you can enjoy it for years.

Keep the TV/Monitor dry. If it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately. Liq- uids might contain minerals that can corrode the electronic circuits.

Handle the TV/Monitor gently and carefully. Dropping it can damage circuit boards and cases and can cause the TV/Monitor to work im- properly.

Use and store the TV/Monitor only in normal temperature environ- ments. Temperature extremes can shorten the life of electronic de- vices and distort or melt plastic parts.

Keep the TV/Monitor away from dust and dirt, which can cause pre- mature wear of parts.

Wipe the TV/Monitor with a damp cloth occasionally to keep it looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong deter- gents to clean the TV/Monitor.

Modifying or tampering with the TV/Monitor’s internal components can cause a mal- function and might invalidate your TV/Monitor’s warranty and void your FCC autho- rization to operate it. If your TV/Monitor is not performing as it should, take it to your local Radio Shack store for assistance.
