2. Safety notes
•Lightning can damage electrical equipment. A lightning flash entering the power cable or the aerial cable can damage the TV set even if it is switched off. You should therefore disconnect the power cable and aerial cable from their out- lets or from the TV set in the case of a thunder- storm.
•The monitor may be opened and repaired only by a qualified person.
CAUTION! HIGH VOLTAGES CAN KILL! If repairs should be necessary, consult your local dealer.
•Always switch off the TV set before cleaning it.
•Do not hold the remote control directly in front of your eyes and press a button. The remote control emits infrared radiation!
•Do not place rechargeable batteries in the bat- tery compartment of the remote control.
Use only two 1.5 V dry batteries of the type LR03/AM4/AAA (Micro).
•The TV set is intended only for the reception and reproduction of picture and sound signals.
•The TV set may be operated only from a mains voltage of 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz.
