Monitoring DVD HD
While not recording, it is possible to switch between monitoring the input signal (the MONITOR indicator is on) and the playback of the disc.

Oscillator DVD HD
While not recording, the oscillator is available from the virtual front panel. (See “The virtual front panel (VFP)” on page 23.)
The oscillator output level is a reference level of analog output.
Pressing the

Use the F1 and F2 keys to navigate, and the JOG/DATA dial to change the SWITCH parameter between ON and
OFF.
Change the frequency (FREQ) between 440Hz, 1kHz and 10kHz.

This feature can also be used with DVD and HD but not in DSD mode.

The SYSTEM SETUP menu COPY ID allows three choices:
