16If you make a mistake, go back with t (left cursor) and re-enter the information.

17Confirm with ENTER/OK.

When all information is correct, the data is stored in a timer block.

18To end, press TIMER.

19Make sure you inserted a disc without write protec- tion. If you inserted a write protected disc, recording will not occur.

20Turn the Recorder to standby mode by pressing POWER (B/I).

If a timer recording is incorrect

The following messages may appear in the timer menu when you set a timer recording:

Collision

The Timer recording overlaps with another timer recording.

Solution:

Ignore by pressing TIMER again.The program with the earlier start time will record completely.Then the remainder of the later program will record.

Edit one or both timer recordings.

Delete one of the timer recordings.

Please enter channel number

The VCR Plus+ system does not recognize the TV channel. Solution:

Select the required channel number with t/u (left/ right cursor).

Press ENTER/OK to confirm.

PlusCode number wrong

You entered an incorrect PlusCode number. Solution:

Enter the correct information or quit by pressing

TIMER.

Weekend programming - not possible

Date was incorrectly entered. Daily programming can only be used for recordings from Mondays to Fridays.

Memory full

All the timer blocks are in use.

Solution:

Delete one of the Timer recordings.

Clock not set-check Clock channel

The clock is not set. Set it manually (See ‘Time/Date Manually’) or adjust the Clock channel (See ‘Time/Date Automatic.’)

Data error

Solution:

Make sure all information is correct and complete.

8Press ENTER/OK to conform.

9To end, press TIMER, repeatedly if necessary to remove the menus.

10Turn the Recorder to standby mode by pressing POWER (B/I).
