Troubleshooting the installation of the license file and the Avaya authentication file
Problem | Possible solution |

Cannot get files from the RFA site | ● Provide the correct SAP number. |
| ● Provide the serial number for the reference IPSI. |

Cannot install the license file | ● Ensure that two license files do not exist on the server. |
| If so, delete one of the files. |
| ● The file might be corrupt. Download the file again from |
