NOTE
•The DNS server specified in the WAN configuration page should be able to correctly resolve the ADS server name.
•The time zone setting between N7700 and ADS should be identical.
•The system time difference between N7700 and ADS should be less than five minutes.
•The Administrator Password field is for the password of ADS (Active Directory Server) not N7700.
System Settings
The System menu gives you a wealth of settings that you can use to configure your N7700’s system administration functions. You can set up system notifications, view system logs, and even upgrade firmware from this menu.
System Notifications
From the System menu, choose the Notification item, and the Notification Configuration screen appears. This screen lets you have the N7700 notify you in case of any system malfunction. Press Apply to confirm all settings. See following table for a detailed description of each item.
NOTE
Consult with your mail server administrator for email server information.
Notification Configuration
