Adding and erasing channels manually

After you have programmed the channels automatically, you can manually add or erase specific channels in the channel memory.

To add or erase channels:

1.Select the channel you want to add or erase. If you are adding a channel, you must select the channel using the Channel Number buttons.

2.Press MENU, and then press x or • until the SET UP menu appears.

3.Press y or z to highlight ADD/ERASE.

5.Repeat steps 1Ð4 for other channels you want to add or erase.

Setting up the TheaterLink on-screen IR device control feature

With this setting, you can use the TVÕs remote control to control various devices (such as a VCR, DVD player, DVR, or laser disc player) by using the control icons displayed on the TV screen.

To set up the TheaterLink IR device control feature:

1.Make sure you have properly connected the TheaterLink cable to your IR-controlled device(s). See page 15 for details.

2.Press MENU, and then press x or • until the SET UP menu appears.

3.Press y or z to highlight TheaterLink.
