Saving your new preferences

You can save the picture qualities you adjusted (contrast, brightness, color, tint, and sharpness) in the PICTURE menu PREFERENCE

mode.

To save your new preferences:

1. Press MENU, and then press • or • until the PICTURE menu

appears.

2. Press • or • to highlight SAVE NEW PREFERENCE.

3. Press • or •. The menu displays "DONE."

You can choose your saved preferences by selecting PREFERENCE (see "Selecting the picture mode" on page 49).

Using CableClear TM DNR [Digital Noise Reduction]

CableClear TM DNR reduces visible interference in your TV picture. This is useful when receiving a broadcast with a weak signal or playing back a video cassette or disc damaged by repeated use.

To turn on CableClear DNR:

1.

Press MENU,

and

Selecting the color temperature

You can change the quality of the picture by selecting from three preset color temperatures: cool, medium, and warm.

To select the color temperature:

1.Press MENU, and then press • or • until the PICTURE menu appears.

2.Press • or • to highlight COLOR TEMPERATURE.

3.Press • or • to highlight the mode you prefer.

Note:

The "CableClearDNR" menu Iist#?gwill change to "DNR" in VIDEO mode
