("THI") makethe following limitedwarranties to original consumersin the United States.THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES EXTENDTO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASEROR ANY PERSON RECEIVING THIS PLASMA TV AS A GIFT FROM THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER AND TO NO OTHER PURCHASEROR TRANSFEREE.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE U.&A. AND USED IN CANADA ARE NOT COVERED BY THESEWARRANTIES.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN CANADA AND USED IN THE U.S.A. ARE NOT COVERED BY THESEWARRANTIES.

Limited One (1) Year Warranty on Parts and Labor*

TACPfFHIwarrant this plasmaTV and its parts against defects in materialsrv workmanshipfor a period of one (1) year after the date of odginal retail purchase. DURING THIS PERIOD,TACP/THI WILL, AT TACP/THI'SOPTION, REPAIROR REPLACEA DEFECTIVEPARTWITH A NEW OR REFURBISHED PART WITHOUT CHARGE TOYOU FOR PARTSOR LABOR.TACP/THI Authorized ServiceStation personnelwill cometo your home when warranty service is required. Depending on the type of repair required,either the servicewill be performed in your home or the set will be taken to the TACPfrHI AuthorizedService Stationfor repair and returned to your home at no cost to you.

Rental Units

The warranty for rental units beginswith the date of first rental or thirty (30) days from the date of shipmentto the rental firm, whichever comes first.

*Commemial Units

PlasmaTVssold and used for commercial purposes havea limited ninety (90) day warranty for all parts, labor.

Owner's Manual and Product Registration Card

Readthis owner'smanuatthoroughly before operating this plasma

TV.Completeand mailthe enclosed product registrationcard within ten days after you,or the personwho has givenyou this product as a gift, purchasedthis plasmaTV. Returningthe product registration card will enable TACP/THIto provideyou with better customer serviceand improved product support. Failureto return the product registrationcard will not affect your rights under this warranty.

Your Responsibility

THE ABOVE WARRANTIESARE SUBJECTTO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

(1)Youmust provideyour bill of sale rv other proof of purchase.

(2)All warranty servicingof this plasmaTVmust be made by an AuthorizedTACPFIHIServiceStation.

(3)1he warrantiesfrom TACPand THI areeffective only if the plasmaTV is purchasedand operated in the U.S.A. or Puerto Rico.

(4)Laborservicecharges for set installation,setup, adfustmentof customer controls, and installationare not coveredby these warranties.

(5)Warrantiesextend onlyto defects in materialsor workmanship as limitedabove and do not extend to any plasmaTVor parts that havebeen lost or discarded by you or to damage to plasma TV or parts caused by misuse,accident, Acts of God (such as lightning or fluctuationsin electric powe0, improper installation, improper maintenance,or use in violation of instructions furnished by TACP/THI;or to units that havebeen modified or hadthe serialnumber removed,altered, defaced,or rendered illegible.
