Extra sound settings (Turbo Sound, Surround, Auto Volume or Virtual surround)

Turbo Sound

Turbo sound emphasizes the bass and treble frequencies to add fullness to the sound.

Surround

Your TV can create a “Surround” effect such that the sound seems to come from all directions. Once the “Surround” is set to “On” or “Off”, the setting applies to the sound effects such as Standard, Music, Movie and Speech.

Auto Volume

Each broadcasting station has its own signal conditions, which can make it necessary to adjust the volume every time the channel is changed. “Auto volume” lets you auto- matically adjust the volume of the desired channel by lowering the sound output when the modulation signal is high or by raising the sound output when the modula- tion signal is low.

Virtual surround

This function allows the TV L/R speakers to provide a home-like Dolby effect. The center and surround sounds are mixed up into the L/R speakers.
