Taking a first look

Thank you for purchasing the Philips SRM7500 universal remote control.With this remote, you do not only have a universal remote control but also a music controller that enables you to control the media player, installed on your PC, via the screen of the remote.

SRM7500 operates like a universal remote control that can control up to 6 AV-devicesand your PC Media Center, if available.You can also configure 8 activities. By selecting an activity you automatically start a sequence of maximal 25 key presses to start watching TV or listening to your CD collection.

Thanks to the interactive feature of the SRM7500 it is possible to receive the music information of your media player on the screen of your SRM7500.This makes it possible to control your media player without having your PC screen turned on or your media player active.

In the box you find your SRM7500, a USB transceiver to set up the connection to your PC and an installation CD that contains the software needed to operate the SRM7500 and the manuals in diverse languages.
