RemovingSeatPad(allmodels):

Remove both harness strap loops from Splitter Plate on back of child restraint and pull through front of pad. (see pages 20 & 21, fig. f ) Open harness tie, release tongues from buckle.

1Unhook “J” hooks from child restraint shell.

2Pull three 2-button clips out of lower front edge of child restraint shell and inside center of child restraint shell.

RemovingOverheadShieldPad:

3Pull both 2-button clips out of shield and unwrap pad from around shield.

Reverse above steps for reattaching seat pad, overhead shield pad and harness system.
