Caution: Do not attach any other cable to the remote jack.

11.Point the remote at the VCR’s remote sensor and press REC/PAUSE. The VCR will enter record pause. If the VCR does not enter record pause, place it in record pause using the VCR’s controls.
Note: The remote must be programmed for your brand of VCR as shown on pages
12.Press EDIT on the camcorder. The programmed scenes will be copied.
Notes: Keep the remote aimed at the VCR’s remote sensor.
The display will be superimposed on the TV screen while the camcorder searches forward for the next scene.
13.After all the programmed scenes have been copied, the camcorder will enter play pause, and the VCR will enter record pause. Press STOP on the camcorder and VCR to end programmable synchro edit.
Notes: To copy the tape from a specified location to the end, just enter one IN point. The camcorder will copy everything from that point to the end of the tape.
A segment must be over one second in length and have at least 15 seconds of recording before it on the tape.
Search time between segments cannot be over five minutes.
IN and OUT points cannot be blank portions of tape.
To ensure correct operation, leave at least 15 seconds open between scenes.
