Mode Select Dial
The mode select dial lets you select automatic or manual control of several features. The center of the dial lets you focus manually and control the iris. The arrow buttons are also used with the menus.

Full AUTO Mode
1.Place the POWER dial in CAMERA.
•The power indicator will light and the camcorder will enter record pause. PAUSE appears in the viewfinder.
2.Place the mode select dial in AUTO.
3.Press the thumb trigger to start recording.
•The camcorder will control the focus, exposure, and white balance for you.

•The only scene transitions that you can use is the black fader.
•The only production special effects you can use is cinema.
•Menu changes cannot be made.
