1. Make sure the AE dial is not set to

AUTO.

2. Press the MENU button. The

recording menu will appear in the

viewfinder.

Notes: To choose the location of the next

character, use +, -, •,

highlight

the row of squares at the bottom of the

screen. When the squares are highlighted, use • or • to move the cursor under the

desired location, and then press +.

6.Repeat step 5 until you have entered your title.

Note: To clear or change a character, highlight the blank space or new character and press + or -.

. When you are finished, press •, •, +, or - to highlight END.

8.Press MENU. The menu reappears. Press MENU again to close the menu.

9.To record your title, press SELECT to

display •DISP• in the viewfinder, and then press SET until your title appears. Details are on pages 40-41.

Note: You can also record your title by pressing SELECT to display _TITLE• in the viewfinder, and then press SET until your title appears. Details are on page 42.

To Stop Recording Your Title

Press SET to remove the display from the viewfinder when you are finished.
