Different playback methods [Playback Mode]

■■Changing the slide show settings

You can change the settings for slide show playback by selecting [Effect] or [Setup] on the slide show menu screen.

[Effect] (Select music and effects according to picture atmosphere)

[AUTO] (only available with [Category Selection] setting) / [NATURAL] / [SLOW] / [SWING] / [URBAN] / [OFF]∗1

[AUTO]: With still pictures, music will play back, and with motion pictures,

 

audio will play back.

[Sound]

[Music]: Music effect will play back.

 

[Audio]: Audio is played back from motion pictures.

 

[OFF]: Music and audio will not play back.

∗1 When [Video Only] is selected in Step

(→163), playback effects are fixed to [OFF].

∗2 This effect can be set only when [Effect] is set to [OFF]. Note, however, that the [Duration] setting will not be effective in the following cases.
