Images recorded on the card can be deleted.

Once deleted, images cannot be recovered.

[Preparations]

•Set the operational mode dial to playback [].

•When an image is protected, it cannot be deleted. Cancel the protect setting. (P72)

[Delete single image] A

1 Press the [MENU] button.

2 Press 3/4 to select [DELETE] and press 1.

3 Select [SINGLE] and press 1.

4 Press 2/1 to select the image to be deleted.

5 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button.

•The selected image is deleted.

6 Press the [MENU] button twice.

•The menu will disappear.

[Delete multi images] B

It is possible to delete up to 50 images all at once.

1 Press the [MENU] button.

2 Press 3/4 to select [DELETE] and then press 1.

3 Press 3/4 to select [MULTI] and then press 1.

4 Press 2/1 to select the images to

be deleted and then press 3 to confirm this setting.

•The selected images are displayed with

[ ]. Pressing 4, the setting is cancelled.

5 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button.

•The selected multi images are deleted all at once.

6 Press the [MENU] button twice.

• The menu will disappear.
