•You cannot operate trimming on pictures recorded with other equipments.
•Motion images or TIFF pictures cannot be trimmed and enlarged.
•Trimming is not possible for pictures with audio or pictures with a size of [640 a 480] pixels.

Usually, it is not necessary to format the card (initializing). Format the card when this message is displayed “MEMORY CARD ERROR”.

1 Press the [MENU] button.
2 Press 3/4 to select [FORMAT] and then press 1.
3 When this message is displayed
“DELETE ALL DATA ON THE MEMORY CARD?”, press 3/4 to select [YES].
4 Press the [REVIEW/SET] button.
•The card is formatted.
•After formatting, recorded images and any other data cannot be recovered.
•During formatting, do not turn the power off.
•When the card is formatted by PC or other equipments, format the card on the camera again.
•If the card cannot be formatted, consult the dealer.
