Changing the seek tuning sensi- tivity (Sensitivity)
The seek tuning sensitivity deter- mines whether the automatic station seek tuning locates only strong stations or also weaker stations, which may be degraded by a high noise level.
➔Change to the second page of the "Tuner" menu by pressing the NEXT button 6.
➔Press the softkey 9 in the "Tuner" menu (next to "Sensi- tivity") several times.
The seek tuning sensitivity can be adjusted in six increments.
•"1": Low seek tuning sensitiv- ity. During a station seek tun- ing (see page 85), only local strong stations are found.
•"6": High seek tuning sensi- tivity. Poor, remote stations are also found.
Restricting station seek tuning to certain programme contents (Program Type)
➔Change to the second page of the "Tuner" menu by pressing the NEXT button 6.
➔Press the softkey < in the "Tuner" menu (next to "Pro- gram Type").
➔Scroll through the pages of the programme types with the NEXT button 6.
➔Press the softkey next to the desired programme type.
➔Next, start a station seek tun- ing (see page 85).
