Copying handset phonebook items Y

You can copy one or all of the phonebook items from the handset to the phonebook of the base unit or a compatible Panasonic unit (KX-THA11/KX-THA12/KX-THA16/ KX-THA17).

Important:

LIn order to correctly copy a ringer ID as a phonebook item, the same melodies must be stored in identical order in the memories of both units involved. If the melody order in memory is different in the copy destination unit from the sending unit, the ringer ID will not be copied properly. (This is not necessary if the ringer ID is set to use a preset melody.)

LLight-up ID settings for phonebook items are not copied to the base unit and other compatible Panasonic handsets (KX- THA12/KX-THA16/KX-THA17).

LThe melodies and songs for ringer ID are not copied to the base unit.
