3.Click the “Time” box to open the time adjustment window. Adjust time using the and buttons. Click the OK button on the bottom left of the screen to return to the Time setting window.

4.Click the “Display” box to open the time display format selection window. You can choose between displaying the time in 12-hour or 24-hour format.

5.Click the “Date” box to open the calendar to select the appropriate date.

6.After all the setting has been done, press OK on the bottom left of the screen to save settings and exit.

6.4Ring & Tone

Select the “Ring & Tone” icon to enter the ring tone selection window. You can set different ring tons for phone calls, SMS, MMS, and alarms, etc. The phone has 10 built-in ring tones, with the capability of storing up to 200 ring tones in the .amr, .mid, .wav and MP3 formats.

6.4.1Setting ring tone

1.Select “Ring & Tone” to open the ring tone settings window.

2.Press “Phone ring” to enter the setting sub-menu of the call ring tone. You may then set different ring tone for different call groups and categories – “Default”, “SIM”, “WLAN”, etc. Click on a category will open the ring tone selection window.

3.From the ring tone list window, you can use the drop down menu PLAY to test the ring tone.

4.Press OK on the bottom left of the screen to set the ring tone as the call ring tone.

5.Repeat the instructions to set the rings for “SMS ring”, “MMS ring “, “Power on ring”, “Power off ring”, and “Schedule ring”.

6.4.2Ring tone list

Open the ring tone selection list window then just click on the ring tone to hear the current ring sound. Test this function by first clicking the drop down menu then:

Select Stop: To stop playing the audio.

Select Send MMS: Send your downloaded ring tone to others through MMS.

Select Send Email: Send the downloaded ring tone to others through email.

Select Delete: Select the ring tone to delete and follow the directions to delete the selected ring tone.

Select Delete All: Delete all the downloaded ring tones. Following the directions displayed on the phone.

Select Rename: Select the ring tone to rename and enter the text in the input window.

Select Property: You can check the basic Property of the audio including name, date, time, size, format, forward and store status.

Note: The system built-in ring tones cannot be sent through MMS or Email, nor can they be deleted or renamed.
